About Us
Anti Bullying Workshop
We have successfully delivered anti-bullying workshops to thousands of children and their teachers since 2006.
We have developed effective strategies for helping pupils and teachers tackle bullying in all its forms. We specialise in delivering workshops to primary schools.
We are core members of the anti-bullying alliance. Membership of this growing network of specialist practitioners ensures that we stay informed on the key issues around bullying that effect schools and allows us to contribute to best practice in tackling bullying.
We also operate a sister company – Spotlights Theatre School. Our theatre school delivers professional training to thousands of young people in drama, dance and singing. We have used our experience in teaching performing arts to develop a range of workshops to help schools tackle bullying in a fun and creative way.
Meet Faye
Faye takes the lead on workshop content creation and developing our team of drama facilitators.
She has over 20 years experience working with children aged 3 to 18, in a variety of settings. She has always been passionate about teaching and using drama to create value in young people’s lives.
She has used her experience to train an exceptional team of drama facilitators to deliver an outstanding programme of Anti Bullying Workshops, for children in primary schools like yours.
She studied Drama at Manchester University, where she was trained by the Theatre In Prisons and Probation team. As part of her teacher training, she facilitated a drama project in a prison and probation centre. After graduating from University, she completed a Diploma in Acting at Drama Studio London, in Ealing. Faye has worked professionally as an actress on stage, in TV, short films and radio.
